 This is to inform you that due to personal reasons, Mrs. Akansha Agarwal has resigned from the position of the Company Secretary & Compliance Officer of the Company from the close of business hours of 12th June, 2023. The resignation has been accepted and she is relieved from her services from the closing hours of 12th June, 2023. The Company shall announce the appointment of new Company Secretary and Compliance Officer shortly, however meanwhile Mr. Manoj Agarwal - Chief Financial Officer of the Company shall act as Compliance Officer.
