 We would like to inform you that, the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today has inter-alia considered, approved and taken on record the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2020 prepared as per Indian Accounting Standard (IND AS) pursuant to Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. Further, as required under Regulation 33 of the SEBI Listing Regulations, enclosed herewith the said Un-audited Financial Results of the Company together with Limited Review Report thereon issued by M/s. B. Nath & Co, Chartered Accountants, Statutory Auditors of the Company for the aforesaid Quarter. The above is for your perusal and record.  NAGREEKA EXPORTS LTD.-$has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 11/11/2020 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Notice is hereby given pursuant to Regulation 29 of the SEBI LODR Regulations, 2015 that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Wednesday, the 11th day of November, 2020 at 4.00 PM at registered office of the Company inter alia, to consider and approve the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2020. Further, as per Company's Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by its Employees and other Connected Persons under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 (as amended) ('PIT Regulations') and in view of the clarification letter issued by NSEk Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited on 2nd April, 2019 on the provisions of Clause 4 of the Schedule B of the PIT Regulations, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company was closed from 1st October, 2020 till 48 hours after the announcement of the Un-audited Financial Results to the Stock Exchange(s).
