 Pursuant to Regulation 30 of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ('Listing Regulations'), we are pleased to inform you that the Board of Directors ('Board') of the Company in its meeting held today i.e. April 23, 2020 (commenced at 02:30 pm and concluded at 05:30 p.m.) has declared the 3rd interim dividend of Rs. 4.10/- (Rupees Four and Ten Paise Only) per equity share of Rs. 10/- each for the financial year 2019-2020. Also in terms of Regulation 42 of Listing Regulations, the Board has fixed Wednesday, May 6, 2020, as the 'Record Date' for the purpose of ascertaining the eligibility of shareholders for the payment of 3rd Interim Dividend. The payment of 3rd interim dividend/ dispatch of dividend warrants will be done on or before May 22, 2020.
