Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ('Listing Regulations'), we are pleased to inform you that the Board of Directors ('Board') of the Company in its meeting held today i.e., January 28, 2021 (commenced at 02:50 p.m. (IST) and concluded at 07:45 p.m. (IST)) has declared 2nd Interim Dividend (Special) of Rs. 17.82/- (Rupees Seventeen and Eighty Two Paise Only) per equity share of Rs. 10/- each for the financial year 2020-2021. Also in terms of Regulation 42 of the Listing Regulations, the Board has fixed Tuesday, February 9, 2021, as the 'Record Date' for the purpose of ascertaining the eligibility of shareholders for the payment of 2nd Interim Dividend (Special). The payment of interim dividend/dispatch of dividend warrants will be done on or before February 27, 2021.
