Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015('Listing Regulations')read with Schedule III A 7,we hereby inform you that Mr.Jyoti Kumar Agarwal,Executive Director has tendered his resignation from the Company as he has decided to pursue carrier opportunities outside the Company.Accordingly,he will step down from the Directorship(Director-Finance) & as Key Managerial Personnel(Chief Financial Officer)of the Company with effect from the close of business hours on 15th September,2020. The Company will announce the appointment of his successor in due course. Consequent to the above and pursuant to the provisions of the Company's 'Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor & report trading by Insiders', the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed for all Designated Persons (as defined in the Code) with immediate effect up to and including Wednesday, 26th August, 2020.24-08-2020
