Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ('Listing Regulations'), please note that the Board of Directors, at its Meeting held today, has appointed Mr. Pritesh Vinay as the Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personnel of the Company with effect from 16th September, 2020. In terms of Regulation 30 (5) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, and in addition to the Joint Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer and the Company Secretary authorised earlier, with effect from 16th September, 2020 Mr. Pritesh Vinay will also be the Key Managerial Personnel authorized to determine the materiality of an event or information and for making disclosures to Stock Exchanges as per the Company's Policy on Criteria for Determining Materiality for Disclosure of Events and Information.01-09-2020
