JSW Energy Ltd - 533148 - Voting Results Of Postal Ballot Submitted On 31St August, 2023 - A Corrigendum
Pursuant to Regulation 44(3) of the Listing Regulations, the Company had submitted the voting results of the Postal Ballot on 31st August, 2023. In continuation of the aforesaid, please note that response to the option "Whether the promoter / promoter group are interested in the agenda / resolution?" should be read as "No" instead of inadvertently mentioned "Yes". Apart from this there is no change in the aforesaid intimation submitted by the Company. Please find enclosed the voting result in the prescribed format with the above mentioned revision.
