 Apropos to our earlier intimation dated 5th February, 2019 regarding update on Vizag, Andhra Pradesh, we are pleased to inform that the Company has successfully completed construction work at Vizag for setting up of facility for manufacturing rigid plastic containers and has now commenced commercial production at the said plant with effect from 8th August, 2019. The total capacity of the plant would be 3000 MT and the same is being implemented in a phased manner. None of the Promoters, Directors, Key Managerial Persons and their relative(s) are interested directly / indirectly interested in the aforesaid. Kindly take the above information on record.
