With reference to the earlier announcement dated August 04, 2014 regarding the execution of a letter of intent with Cellaris Limited, Israel for the purchase of their 49% share in M/s. Cellaris Refractories India Limited (CRIL), Carborundum Universal Ltd has now informed BSE that on October 16, 2014 the Company has completed the acquisition.
