We refer our letter dated 23rd March 2020 informing you of the temporary suspension of our manufacturing operations across various locations of the country in adherence to the Government advisory(ies) issued for combatting the outbreak of Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. In continuation to the above, we wish to inform you that we are resuming limited operations of packing and shipment of finished products forming part of the supply chain of essential commodities at the Company's Refractories facilities in Ranipet and Jabalpur after obtaining requisite permissions from the local administrative authorities. We further wish to reiterate that health, safety and well-being of our employees and other stakeholders continues to be our top priority and we are taking the necessary precautionary hygiene and safety measures in this regard.
