Approved the proposal of formation of a Wholly Owned Subsidiary of Binny Limited in California, U.S., for establishing Senior Assisted Living facilities and to invest to the tune of amount not exceeding Rs. 30 crores in that subsidiary, pursuant to the provisions of Section 179 and other applicable provisions, if any, of the Companies Act 2013, Provisions of Foreign Exchange Management Act (FEMA), 1999, all other applicable laws, regulations and subject to the approval of Reserve Bank of India (RBI). 2.
