No. LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 dated 2nd April, 2019 with respect to 'Clarification regarding trading restriction period', it is hereby informed that 'Trading Window' for dealing in Securities of the Company shall remain closed for 'Designated Persons' and persons having access to Unpublished Price Sensitive Information with effect from Thursday, the 1st April, 2021 for the purpose of consideration of Audited Financial Results for the first quarter ended 31st March, 2021 until 48 hours after the declaration of afore-mentioned financial results (both days inclusive). The date of board meeting for the consideration of the financial results for the third quarter ended 31st March, 2021 shall be intimated in due course of time.
