Owing to the weak demand and in order to align the production with the actual contracted demand for the Company''s products, the Company has declared a block-closure of its plant situated at Village Vadu Budruk, Dist. Pune, from December 29,2019 to January 1,2020 (both days inclusive) II. The Company''s newly set-up manufacturing facility situated at Plot no. 3, Industrial Area, Sector No.5, Growth Centre, Pithampur, Dist. Dhar, Madhya Pradesh- 454775 has started trial production, which is under testing and final approval of the Company''s customers. The Company shall shortly decide and declare date of commencement of commercial production thereat, considering the demand scenario and other factors. Meanwhile, the demand is being met by the Company''s plant situated at Pune. It may also be noted that the demand outlook for the Commercial Vehicle continues to be weak.
