 This has reference to our aforementioned letter pertaining to the notice served by 79 workers of the Company''s manufacturing facility situated at Vadu Budruk, wherein they had conveyed their intention to go on a strike with effect from January 22, 2021. In furtherance of the aforesaid matter, we have to now inform you that the workers have unconditionally withdrawn the said notice and thereby conveyed that they are now not going on a strike.
