 Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, and on the recommendations of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, the Board of Directors, at their Meeting held today i.e. on May 15, 2021, has taken following decisions: i. Re-appointment of Mr. Dinesh Munot (DIN: 00049801) as the Chairman and Whole-Time Director of the Company for the period of Five Years with effect from July 28, 2021 to July 27, 2026. ii. Re-appointment of Mr. Utkarsh Munot (DIN: 00049903) as the Managing Director of the Company for the period of Five Years with effect from May 19, 2021 to May 18, 2026. Further, the aforementioned re-appointments shall be subject to the approval of the Members at the ensuing General Meeting of the Company.
