Corrigendum to Open Offer
With reference to the earlier letter dated October 24, 2018 regarding Open Offer, Hem Securities Ltd ("Manager to the Offer") had now informed BSE that there was a typographical error in the offer price which was mentioned as Rs. 10.11/- per share. The changed offer price is Rs. 10.50/- per share. The total consideration amount stands changed to Rs. 1,65,80,403/-. The other terms mentioned in the Public Announcement remain the same.25-10-2018
