 Further, to our Letter No. SEC/BD/SE/Q-1/ dated July 16, 2019, intimating about the meeting of Board of Directors of the Company scheduled to be held on Thursday, the 8th August, 2019, inter-alia, to Consider and approve the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the first quarter ended 30th June, 2019, we inform you that due to unavoidable circumstances, the said meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company stands postponed and will now be held on Tuesday, 13th August, 2019.
