Upon receipt of relevant papers and documents executed by them, the Company has issued on 06.08.2020 the duplicate share certificates in lieu of original share certificates reported lost, as per the particulars furnished in the enclosed statement.  The 44th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company will be held on Tuesday, the 29th September, 2020 via Video Conferencing / Other Audio - Visual Means, in accordance with the relevant circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs and the Securities and Exchange Board of India, in view of the prevailing COVID-19 pandemic. Pursuant to Regulation 42 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements), Regulations, 2015, the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books will remain closed from Monday, the 24th August, 2020 to Friday, the 28th August, 2020 (both days inclusive). The said Book Closure is for ascertaining the eligible shareholders who would be entitled for payment of Dividend on the equity shares for FY 2019-20. The dividend, if approved by the Members at the aforesaid AGM, shall be paid on or after 7th October, 2020 to the shareholders entitled to receive the same.

 The 44th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company will be held on Tuesday, the 29th September, 2020 via Video Conferencing / Other Audio - Visual Means, in accordance with the relevant circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs and the Securities and Exchange Board of India, in view of the prevailing COVID-19 pandemic. Pursuant to Regulation 42 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements), Regulations, 2015, the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books will remain closed from Monday, the 24th August, 2020 to Friday, the 28th August, 2020 (both days inclusive).  MCA has issued Circulars Nos. 14/2020 dated 08.04.2020, 17/2020 dated 13.04.2020, 20/2020 dated 05.05.2020 and SEBI has also issued Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CMD1/CIRIPI2O2O/79 dated 12.05.2020, allowing Companies to hold their AGM / General Meeting through Video Conferencing or Other Audio Visual Means. Therefore, Annual Report for the F.Y. 2019-20 along with Notice of AGM will be sent through emails only at registered email address of the Shareholders of the Company. In view of the aforesaid provisions, the Company has published, Notices in newspapers viz., Business Standard, Ahmedabad Edition (In English) and Divya Bhaskar Vadodara Edition (In Gujarati) informing shareholders to Update their Email address, Permanent Account Number and Bank Account details and to provide 15H / 15G / 10F or relevant forms for non-deduction of Tax on payment of dividend.
