 Pursuant to Regulation 29 of SEBI LODR Regulations, 2015, we hereby notify that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Friday, the 6th November, 2020, inter-alia, to approve the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the Second Quarter and Half Year ended 30th September, 2020. Further, as per Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading in the securities of the Company read with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, "Trading Window" for dealing in the securities of the company shall remain closed for all Designated Persons as defined in the Code and will be opened 48 hours after the declaration of Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the Second Quarter and Half Year ended 30th September, 2020. Dealing involving the purchase or sale of the Company''s shares by the designated / connected persons of the Company, including their relatives during the window closure period is prohibited.

 In terms of the General Circular dated 5-05-2020 read with General Circulars dated 8-04-2020 and 13-04-2020 , issued by the MCA and in compliance with the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 and SEBI Listing Regulations, 2015, the 44th AGM of the Company was held on Tuesday, the 29-09-2020 at 3:00 PM through VC to transact the Businesses as stated in the Notice dated 14-07-2020, convening the 44th AGM.
