Pursuant to Regulation 30(6) of SEBI LODR , 2015, as amended, the Board of Directors of the Company in its Meeting held today i.e. on 4-02-2021 approved the appointment of 'M/s. KFin Technologies Private Limited', Hyderabad, as Registrar and Share Transfer Agent of the Company for both the forms of Registry viz. Physical as well as Electronic Connectivity. Earlier the Share Transfer facility was managed by the Company in house. In terms of Regulation 7(5) of the SEBI LODR , the MoU to be entered between the Company and M/s Kfin Technologies Pvt.
