 The Board of Directors of the Company at its Meeting held today i.e. on 17-05-2021 has inter-alia, approved the Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the Q4 and Financial year ended on 31.03.2021. In compliance of Reg 30 and 33 of SEBI LODR, 2015, we send herewith: Audited Financial Results of the Company, Auditors' Report on the Audited Financial Results; and Declaration with respect to Audit Report with unmodified opinion to the Audited Financial Results. The Board of Directors has at the said Meeting recommended a Dividend of Rs.8/- per equity share of Rs.10/- each (@80%) for the financial year ended 31st March, 2021, subject to the approval of Shareholders at the ensuing AGM. Upon approval by the Shareholders, the dividend declared will be paid within 30 days of declaration and the date of payment of dividend will be intimated in due course.
