 Pursuant to Regulation 29 of SEBI Listing Regulations, 2015, we hereby notify that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Monday, the 9th May, 2022, inter-alia, to approve the Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the Fourth Quarter and Financial Year ended 31st March, 2022. Further, as per Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading in the securities of the Company read with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, "Trading Window" for dealing in the securities of the company shall remain closed for all Designated Persons as defined in the Code and will be opened 48 hours after the declaration of Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the Fourth Quarter and Financial Year ended 31st March, 2022. Dealing involving the purchase or sale of the Company''s shares by the designated / connected persons of the Company, including their relatives during the window closure period is prohibited.
