In compliance of Regulations 30 & 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ('Listing Regulations'), as amended, we send herewith the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the Second Quarter and Half Year ended on 30th September, 2022 of FY 2022-23, along with Limited Review Report on the said Results by the Statutory Auditors of the Company.
