 In reference to your above referred Email on the subject, we would like to submit that the Company do not have any announcement to share with the Stock Exchanges under Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 which have a bearing on the volume of our security across Exchanges. The significant increase noted in the scrip across the Exchanges is purely due to market forces. One of the reason could be the media report about the Guidelines issued by the State Government to all State PSUs as regards dividend, issue of Bonus shares, Buy-back and splitting of shares by all the State Public Sector Undertakings (SPSUs). Pursuant to regulation 30(3), the Company has already intimated to the Stock Exchanges about the issuance of the said Guidelines by the State Govt. to all SPSUs, within the prescribed timeline, vide its letter dated 26.04.2023. We request you to kindly take note of the above and oblige.
