In compliance of Regulations 30 & 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ('Listing Regulations'), as amended, we send herewith the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the First Quarter of FY 2023-24 ended on 30th June, 2023, along with Limited Review Report on the said Results by the Statutory Auditors of the Company.
