Lambodhara Textile Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 16, 2012, has recommended a dividend of Re. 1/- per Share of Rs. 10/- each (10% on the face value of Rs. 10/- each) for the year ended March 31, 2012, subject to the approval of the shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.16-07-2012
