 The Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on Wednesday, 13th November, 2019, had interalia considered and approved the following: 1. Pursuant to Regulation 33 of the SEBI (LODR) 2015, we are enclosing herewith the unaudited financial results for the Quarter ended 30th September, 2019 along with the limited review report issued by M/s Jain & Mohan, Chartered Accountants, Statutory Auditors of the Company. 2. Mr. Deepak Padamshi Malani (DIN: 02400928) Independent Director of the Company tendered his resignation vide letter dated 24.10.2019, from the Board due to his health problems which restricts him to attend the Board Meetings as well to spend time for the Company. The Board considered and approved the same. The reason for his resignation is enclosed as Annexure
