SMC Global Securities Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 19/03/2021 ,inter alia, to consider and approve This is to inform you that a board resolution is proposed to be passed by way of circulation (Circular Resolution No.02/2020-21) to consider and approve the Voluntary Delisting of 11,31,34,450 Equity Shares of the Company having face value of Rs. 2/- per share from The Calcultta Stock Exchange Limited (CSE) in compliance with regulation 6(a) read with regulation 7 of SEBI (Delisting of Equity Shares) Regulations, 2009. The proposed resolution shall be circulated to the directors of the Company on 19th March, 2021 respectively, which shall be construed as the date of Board meeting for the purpose of regulation 29 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 only. The said equity shares of the Company will continue to remain listed on Bombay Stock Exchange Limited (BSE) and National Stock Exchange of India Limited (NSE).16-03-2021
