SMC Global Securities Ltd - 543263 - Submission Of Details Of Extinguishment Pursuant To Provisions Of Regulation 21 Read With Regulation 11 Of The SEBI (Buy-Back Of Securities) Regulations, 2018 ("Buy-Back Regulations").

 With reference to captioned subject, this is to inform that, pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 21 read with Regulation 11 of the Buy-back Regulations, the Company has completed the extinguishment of 19,25,749 fully paid equity shares bought back under the Buy-back through open market route from August 03, 2022 till the closure of working hours of August 16, 2022. In connection with the same, we are submitting herewith details of extinguishment along with the debit confirmation letter received from the National Security Depository Limited dated August 19, 2022 as Annexure A for your records. Further, we confirm that above Equity Shares of the Company were extinguished in compliance with the provisions of Regulations 21 of the Buy-back Regulations, the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018, and by-laws, circulars and guidelines framed thereunder.

 Please be informed that the Company has bought back a total of 84,34,450 Equity Shares till 16th August, 2022. The total amount utilized in the Buyback is Rs. 74,72,84,912.60/- (excluding Transaction Costs), which represents 99.64% of the Maximum Buyback Size of Rs.75,00,00,000/- (excluding Transaction Costs). The price at which the Equity Shares were bought back was dependent on the price quoted on BSE and NSE, collectively referred to as "Stock Exchanges". The highest price at which the Equity Shares were bought back was Rs. 94.04/- per Equity Share while the lowest price was Rs. 85.20/- per Equity Share. The Equity Shares were bought back at an average price of Rs. 89.01/- per Equity Share. Consequently, the Buyback Committee at its meeting held on 16th August, 2022 has approved the closure of Buyback pursuant to the terms of the Public Announcement effective from close of business hours of today, i.e., August 16, 2022 prior to the expiry of six months from the Commencement Date.
