Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015; the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company, vide a resolution passed by circulation has allotted 2,97,350 Equity shares of Rs. 5/- each of the Company, fully paid up, on August 29, 2022 to employees on exercise of their Stock Options pursuant to ADSL- Employees' Stock Option Plan 2020. Consequent to above, the paid-up share capital of the Company has increased from 5,42,05,528 Equity Shares of Rs. 5/- each aggregating to Rs. 27,10,27,640/- to 5,45,02,878 Equity Shares of Rs. 5/- each aggregating to Rs. 27,25,14,390/-.
