The Scheme of Amalgamation of Godrej Consumer Products US Holding Limited and Godrej Consumer Products Mauritius Limited [wholly owned subsidiaries of GCPL] with GCPL was sanctioned by the Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal, Mumbai Bench on 8th March, 2018. This is to inform you that the Scheme has become effective post filing of e-Form INC-28, yesterday evening, i.e. 26th March, 2018 with the Registrar of Companies / Ministry of Corporate Affairs....27-03-2018
