With reference to earlier announcement dated April 27, 2010 informing that Company's subsidiary Company, W. S. Electric Limited, had proposed a Scheme of Arrangement (Demerger) between itself and its two wholly owned subsidiary Companies viz W. S. Technology Parks Limited (WSTPL) and W.S.
