Further to our earlier communication dated March 27, 2020 regarding COVID-19, we inform you that, consequent to the Oder No. 04-3/2020-DM-I(A) dated April 15, 2020 issued by the Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India, all our manufacturing plants, offices and related operations including our supply chain for sourcing of raw materials and despatch of finished goods will continue to remain closed until May 03, 2020 unless specifically permitted by the District Administration. However, it may be noted that our Ankleshwar plant has started working in gradual manner based on the permission granted by the District Collector, Ankleshwar and currently it is running at 50% of its capacity. In view of the pandemic, COVID-19, the Central Government, State Governments, the District Administrations and the Municipal Bodies have been announcing various guidelines / requirements for containment including lock-down of certain manufacturing operations. The Company fully supports all such efforts in the fight against the deadly pandemic and has taken all required actions for the safety / health of its employees, including closure of all our manufacturing plants (as of now, until April 14, 2020), offices and related operations. The event has also disrupted our supply chain for sourcing of raw materials and despatch of finished goods. Wherever possible, the employees of the Company are working from their homes. In view of the current uncertain situation both in India and abroad, the Company is unable to make a precise estimate of its impact.
