This is to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company has proposed dividend of Rs. 20/- (Rupees Twenty) per equity share for the year ended March 31, 2021 at their meeting held on April 30, 2021, subject to approval of the members at the ensuing Annual General meeting (AGM) to be held on July 30, 2021. Accordingly, the Register of Members and Share Transfer Book shall remain closed from July 17, 2021 to July 23, 2021 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of ascertaining the eligibility of the shareholders to receive dividend.
