ATUL LTD. - 500027 - Announcement under Regulation 30 (LODR)-Strikes /Lockouts / Disturbances

 Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we inform you that a fire incident occurred in one the plants at Atul site. The plant was already shut down. Except damage to the affected plant, no other injury or casualty occurred. The situation was brought under control by emergency response system of the Company and with support of local authorities and companies surrounding Atul. The Company has kept all local authorities informed and is taking further steps to restore normalcy. At present the impact of the incident is being ascertained, The damaged plant is covered by way of insurance.
