 This is to inform that the 06th Annual General Meeting of the Company shall be held on Monday, 12th June 2023 at 12:30 p.m. through Video Conferencing ('VC') / Other Audio Visual Means ('OAVM'). The proceedings of the AGM shall be deemed to be conducted at the registered office of the Company at Cabin No. - 10, 5th Floor, IndiQube Penta, New No. 51, (Old No.14) Richmond Road, Bangalore - 560025, Karnataka, India. The Company has fixed Friday, 02nd June 2023, as the cut - off date for determining the eligibility of the shareholders to cast their votes. The books (Register of Members and Share Transfer Books) of the Company shall remain closed from Monday, 05th June, 2023 to Monday, 12th June 2023 (both days inclusive).
