To consider and approve the Draft Board of Directors Report of the Company for the year ended on March 31, 2024; 3. And any other routine business with permission of Board. Further, as intimated on March 29, 2024, that as per the 'Code of Practice and Procedures for Fair Disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information and Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders' of the Company under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company will be closed for the insiders, shall remain closed till 48 hours after the conclusion of the Board Meeting in which the Audited Financial Results along with the Audit Report of the Company for the Half Year and Year ended March 31, 2024 shall be approved.
