With reference to the captioned subject and in furtherance of the meeting of the Board of Directors held today i.e. on June 07, 2023, the proposed Right Issue of the Company which was opened on Tuesday, May 23, 2023 for a period of 10 days and scheduled to be closed on Thursday, June 01, 2023 which was extended by our Company by six (6) days i.e. till June 07, 2023 vide letter dated May 31, 2023, is hereby further extended by seven (7) days i.e., till June 14, 2023.07-06-2023
