his is to inform you that in terms of Company's Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons ('Code of Conduct') framed in accordance with Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended from time to time, the Trading Window for dealing in the Shares of the Company, shall remain closed with effect from Saturday, 1st January, 2022 till the end of 48 hours after the announcement/declaration of Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the 03rd Quarter ended on 31st December, 2021.
