Pursuant to the provisions of the Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 (herein after referred to as 'Listing Regulation'), we wish to inform you that, the Board of Directors at its Meeting held today i.e. Tuesday, July 25, 2023, has inter-alia approved the following: i) Unaudited (Standalone and Consolidated) Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2023. ii) Appointment of Internal Auditors for the year ending March 31, 2024. iii) Expansion in crushing capacity of Division Sugar at Unit Asmoli, Uttar Pradesh of the Company by 3,500 Tonnes Crushing per day (TCD) i.e. from 9,000 TCD to 12,500 TCD.
