Further to the intimation vide our letter dated 14th February, 2023 wherein it was informed that the Board of Directors ('Board') of National Highways Infra Investment Managers Private Limited (acting in the capacity of Investment Manager to National Highways Infra Trust (NHAI InvIT)) at its meeting held on 14th February, 2023 declared Distribution for the quarter ended 31st December 2022. It was informed that the record date for this distribution will be 16th February, 2023 and payment will be made within 15 days from the date of declaration. Based on the said declaration of distribution by the Board of Investment Manager of Rs. 1.4079 per unit for the quarter ended 31st December, 2022 at Trust level (subject to applicable withholding taxes if any), the distributions have been completed by 28th February, 2023 to the unit holders. Based on the Valuation Report & after adjusting for the distribution of Rs. 1.4079/unit for the quarter ended 31.12.22 as approved by the Board on 14.02.23 with record date being 16.02.23, the valuation of NHAI InvIT as at 31.12.22 as computed is Rs. 113.53/unit (pre-distribution value computed at Rs. 114.94/unit) 2. Approval of Draft Concession Agreements as received from NHAI for Gwalior-Shivpuri (MP); Chichira-Kharagpur (WB); Orai-Bara (UP); Rewa-Katni-Jabalpur-Lakhnadon (MP); Kachugaon-Rakhaldubi Bus Junction-Assam; and Rakhaldubi Bus Junction to Kaljhar-Assam road stretches ('R3 roads') 3. Acceptance of the DD reports for R3 roads 4. Approval of the proposed process for acquisition of R3 roads & placement of Units by the Trust & acquisition of R3 roads & make an offer to NHAI 5.
