 We wish to inform that the Board of Directors of POWERGRID Unchahar Transmission Limited(PUTL)-the Investment Manager to PGInvIT, has appointed Shri Onkarappa KN and Shri Ram Naresh Tiwari , as Additional Directors (Non-official Independent Directors) of PUTL w.e.f. February 10, 2022. We further wish to inform that Shri B. Anantha Sarma, Non-executive director has resigned from the directorship of PUTL w.e.f. February 11, 2022 due to other work commitments and accordingly, he has ceased to be Director of PUTL from the said date.

 We wish to inform that the Board of Directors of POWERGRID Unchahar Transmission Limited - the Investment Manager to POWERGRID Infrastructure Investment Trust ('PGInvIT'), in its meeting held today i.e. on Friday, January 28, 2022 has, inter alia considered and approved Declaration of distribution of Rs. 3.00 per unit for the quarter ended December 31, 2021, comprising Rs. 1.99 per unit as interest, Rs 0.72 per unit as taxable dividend, Rs. 0.28 per unit as exempt dividend and Rs. 0.01 per unit as treasury income. Record date for the distribution to the unitholders will be Thursday, February 3, 2022 and the payment of distribution will be made on or before Saturday, February 12, 2022.

 We wish to inform that a meeting of Board of Directors of POWERGRID Unchahar Transmission Limited, the Investment Manager to POWERGRID Infrastructure Investment Trust('PGInvIT'), is scheduled to be held on Friday, January 28, 2022, to inter alia consider and approve the following: i. Unaudited Standalone Financial Results and Consolidated Financial Results of PGInvIT for the quarter and nine months period ended December 31, 2021, subject to limited review by Statutory Auditors of PGInvIT; and ii.
