We wish to inform that the Board Meeting of POWERGRID Unchahar Transmission Limited- the Investment Manager to POWERGRID Infrastructure Investment Trust (PGInvIT) is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, December 21, 2022 to inter-alia consider and approve proposed acquisition by PGInvIT of the balance 26% equity shareholding in its SPV viz. POWERGRID Kala Amb Transmission Limited from Power Grid Corporation of India Limited, the Sponsor to PGInvIT. We further wish to inform that pursuant to the Policy on Unpublished Price Sensitive Information and Dealing in Units by the Parties to PGInvIT (UPSI Policy), the trading window for trading and dealing in units of PGInvIT shall remain closed from Wednesday, December 07, 2022 until 48 hours of the completion of process of the proposed acquisition.06-12-2022
