 Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, it is hereby informed that in terms of Ministry of Railways Letter no. 2017/E(O)II/40/6 dated 10/05/2019, on completion of tenure on 10/05/2022, Shri Puneet Chawla ceased to be the CMD of the Company w.e.f. 11/05/2022. 2. Further, the Ministry of Railways, Govt. of India vide Letter no. 2017/E(O)II/40/6 dated 06/05/2022 has decided that the additional charge of the post of CMD of RailTel Corporation of India Limited may be entrusted to Smt. Aruna Singh, IRSSE, Additional Member/Telecom, Railway Board in addition to her own, w.e.f. 11/05/2022 and until further orders. Thus, Smt. Aruna Singh (DIN:09602957), would be the CMD on the Board of the Company w.e.f. 11/05/2022.
