 Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, it is hereby informed that the Ministry of Railways, Government of India vide its letter No. 2022/E(O)II/40/6 dated 20/03/2023 has conveyed the appointment of Shri Manoj Tandon to the post of Director (PO&M) of RailTel Corporation of India Limited. Accordingly, Shri Manoj Tandon has assumed the charge of the post of Director (PO&M) of the Company w.e.f. 20/03/2023 (F/N) for a period till the date of his superannuation i.e. 30/11/2027 or until further orders, whichever is earlier. Thus, Shri Manoj Tandon would be the Director (PO&M) of the Company w.e.f. 20/03/2023.
