With regards to the captioned subject, we are delighted to inform you that the company has purchased a 2004 built, 1700 Cubic Meter hopper capacity vessel 'TSHD Cauvery' from M/s Khodiyar Trading, Gujarat, at a very attractive value of INR 6,68,79,777/- (Indian National Rupees Six Crores Sixty-Eight Lakhs Seventy-Nine Thousand Seven Hundred and Seventy-Seven) on 7th October, 2021. The said ship is purchased by the Company for future business expansion and upcoming projects in India and abroad. The acquisition allows the company to dredge and dispose an additional volume of 2.5 Million Cubic Meters per year. This acquisition puts the company amongst the selected few Indian companies to own and operate Trailing Suction Hopper Dredgers in India and abroad. The acquisition does not fall within the purview of related party transaction and none of the Company's promoter / promoter group / group companies have any interest in the transaction.
