 We wish to inform you that pursuant to the provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Policy on Unpublished Price Sensitive Information and Dealing in Securities by the Parties to the Digital Fibre Infrastructure Trust (the 'Trust')', the window for trading in the securities of the Trust will be closed from April 1, 2023 and the same shall re-open 48 hours after the publication of financial results of the Trust. The date of Board Meeting for consideration & approval of the financial results of the Trust for the year ending March 31, 2023 will be intimated in due course.

 Pursuant to Regulation 26H of SEBI (Infrastructure Investment Trusts) Regulations, 2014, we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Infinite India Investment Management Limited, the investment manager ('Company' / 'Investment Manager') of Digital Fibre Infrastructure Trust (the 'Trust') at its meeting held on Friday, March 31, 2023, has inter alia, approved the following, subject to the approval of the members of the Company wherever required at the ensuing general meeting. 1. Appointment of Mr. Sridhar Vaidyanadhan (DIN: 03303448), as an Additional Director of the Company with effect from April 1, 2023; and 2. Appointment of Ms. Riddhi Bhimani (DIN: 10072936), as an Additional (Independent) Director of the Company for first term of 5 years with effect from April 1, 2023; The details of appointment of directors are annexed herewith as Annexure A.
