Tower Infrastructure Trust - 543225 - Announcement under Regulation 30 (LODR)-Meeting Updates

 Please note that a meeting of the Tower InvIT Committee of WIP (India) Private Limited, acting in its capacity as Investment Manager of Tower Infrastructure Trust ('Trust'), will be held on Tuesday, November 17, 2020, to consider and declare distribution to unitholders for and on behalf of the Trust. The record date for the purpose of aforesaid distribution, if declared, will be Wednesday, November 25, 2020. Further, in terms of the Policy on Unpublished Price Sensitive Information and dealing in Units by the Parties to Tower Infrastructure Trust, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Trust is currently closed and will open 48 hours after the announcement of the outcome of the meeting of the Tower InvIT Committee.

 Please note that, in compliance with the provisions of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Infrastructure Investment Trusts) Regulations, 2014 read with circulars issued thereunder from time to time, a meeting of the Board of Directors of WIP (India) Private Limited, acting in its capacity as Investment Manager of Tower Infrastructure Trust ('Trust'), will be held on Thursday, November 12, 2020, to approve and take on record, inter alia, the Un-audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Information of the Trust for the half year ended September 30, 2020. In accordance with the 'Policy on Unpublished Price Sensitive Information and Dealing in units by the parties to Tower Infrastructure Trust' of the Trust, the trading window for dealing in the units of the Trust is closed for Designated Persons w.e.f. October 1, 2020 and will open 48 hours after the announcement of the outcome of the Meeting.

Tower Infrastructure Trust - 543225 - Submission Of Unitholding Pattern For Tower Infrastructure Trust For The Quarter Ended September 30, 2020

 Pursuant to Regulation 23 of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Infrastructure Investment Trusts) Regulations, 2014 read with Circular No. CIR/IMD/DF/127/2016 dated November 29, 2016, we are enclosing herewith the Unitholding Pattern for Tower Infrastructure Trust ('Trust') for the quarter ended September 30, 2020, issued by KFin Technologies Private Limited (formerly known as Karvy Fintech Private Limited), Registrar & Transfer Agent of the Trust. Please note that despite various efforts made for filing the Unitholding Pattern through XBRL on BSE Listing Portal, the same could not be filed due to the technical error while uploading. Hence, as suggested by XBRL team the same is being filed through Corporate Announcement section on the BSE Listing Portal. Further, once the issue is resolved the same shall also be uploaded through XBRL mode.
