SecMark Consultancy Ltd - 543234 - Update On Migration Of Secmark Consultancy Limited From SME Platform Of BSE Limited To Mainboard Of BSE Limited.
The Company has informed Exchange on January 31, 2023 for receipt of the in-principle approval for migration of Equity shares of Company from BSE SME Platform to Main Board of BSE. The Company had also submitted the application for in-principle approval for migration of Equity shares of Company from SME Platform of BSE to Capital Market Segment (Main Board) of NSE. The equity shares of the Company has been included in ASM as per BSE criteria and currently remain in ASM. We inform that one of the eligibility criteria for in-principle approval for said migration by NSE is to have a cooling period of 2 months from the date the security has come out of trade-to-trade category. Since the Company intends to get listed on Mainboard of BSE and NSE simultaneously, the Company has made application to BSE for extension of the said in-principle approval. The Company will update on the matter as and when it has further information.17-03-2023
