 1. The Audited Standalone & Consolidated Financial Results for the half-year and financial year ended March 31, 2022 ('Financial Results'). The Financial Results and the Statutory Auditor's Report thereon are enclosed. The Statutory Auditors have issued their Audit Reports on the Financial Results with an unmodified opinion. 2. The Appointment of M/s Shivang G Goyal & Associates as the Secretarial Auditor of the Company for the Financial Year 2021-22 & 2022-23. 3. The Extra Ordinary General Meeting will be held on 21st June, 2022 to approve the Related party Transactions with the Subsidiary company (Disclosure as per SEBI Circular CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 is detailed in Annexure A).
